Knowledge Acquisition Methods Workshop Duration: 3 days Description: Course participants experience and apply various knowledge acquisition methods to discover and document business decisions in a particular business process. The knowledge acquisition methods include inquiry and documentation techniques used by Interviewers before, during and after interviewing sessions with subject matter responsible people (experts, knowledge holders). The interpersonal awareness and skills developed during the course have applications beyond acquiring knowledge through interviewing sessions. The course provides learning opportunities in active communications including appreciative inquiry and active listening, positive visualization, situational inquiry methods, body language signals and human information processing preferences.
